We offer FREE shipping on orders over AUD $60, for orders under this value we offer competitive shipping rates at cost.
We can ship to anywhere within Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be sent via air.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
At Pavlova Beauty, we always want you to have the best possible experience when you shop online at pavlovabeauty.com We accept returns for unused items purchased on the website at pavlovabeauty.com. We are unable to accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us via our Contact Form below.
To process your return:
• Item(s) must be returned to us, within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging and in saleable condition, with all accessories and inserts.
• Please ensure that the returned package is properly sealed and that the original packing list and completed returns form are included.
• Items are to be returned at your own cost, unless they are defective or incorrect items
• Refunds are made to the original form of payment within 14 days of the receipt date.
• If a Bundle or Gift Pack is being returned, all products must be returned.
• If your order contains a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product, your refund will not be processed.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable.
- Please contact us via the Contact Form below to explain the reason for the return and confirm the item number and quantity of the return product.
- Customer Care will send you a Return Form that includes the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number to ensure a fast return process.
- Carefully pack your return with this packing list and the Return Form, in the original package to prevent damage during transit and ensure the timely processing of your refund.
- Indicate the RMA number on the box, and send the box back to us via a carrier of your choice to the appointed return address which will be provided by our customer service. For security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you use Registered Post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
